We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every Rio Essenza purchase.
Please read our policies carefully before completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 calendar days of delivery, with the exception of swimwear and hygiene-sensitive items.

Apparel & Fitness Wear

Eligible for returns or exchanges as long as items are unworn and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Swimwear — No Returns, Size Exchange Only

We do not accept returns on swimwear due to hygiene and safety regulations.
However, we are pleased to offer size exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The hygiene seal is fully intact (the protective liner has not been removed).

  • All original tags are attached.

  • The item has not been worn or washed.

  • The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Once your item is received and verified to be in perfect, unworn condition, we will ship the new size to you.
If the size you need is not available, we are glad to issue you a store credit for a future purchase.

Accessories & Jewelry

Due to hygiene and safety standards, jewelry and wearable accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
If you receive a damaged piece, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@rioessenza.com with clear photos for review.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely delivered back to us.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email our Customer Care team at hello@rioessenza.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Photos, if the item is damaged

Our team will guide you through shipping instructions and next steps.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All our items are inspected before leaving our store. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange one of the following:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A full refund (for defective items only)

Gift Purchases

Gifts follow the same return and exchange rules as any other customer. Store credit or exchanges are available as long as the item meets the return conditions for its category.

Processing Time

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status within 3–5 business days.
