Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Rio Essenza.

Activewear & Accessories:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 calendar days from delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Swimwear:
For hygiene reasons, swimsuits cannot be returned. We do offer size exchanges within 15 calendar days, provided the item is unworn and returned with original tags, hygiene protection, and packaging intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Gift Exchanges:
Gifts may be exchanged for store credit within 15 calendar days of delivery.
