1. What sizes do your bikinis or fitness wear come in?

Our bikinis or activewear range from Small (S) to X-Large, and some styles come in One Size Fits Most. We also offer size charts and fit guides to help you find your perfect bikini. If you're unsure about your size, feel free to contact us at hello@rioessenza.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

2. How do I know which size will fit me best?

We recommend using our size chart to determine the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for extra comfort. For further guidance, you can refer to our fit guide and measuring tips to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship our products nationwide across the USA. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.

4. How should I care for my bikini?

To keep your bikini in top condition, we recommend hand washing with cold water, avoiding the dryer, and letting it air dry flat or hanging. 

5. What is your return policy for our products?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimsuits. However, we gladly offer size exchanges within 15 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the swimsuit is unworn and returned with the original tags, hygiene protection, and packaging intact.

For accessories and fitness wear, we offer both returns and exchanges within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email and instructions.  

7. Are your bikinis and activewear made with eco-friendly materials?

 We care about the environment. Our swimsuits are made from high-quality materials, and we are actively working toward incorporating more sustainable fabrics into our collection.

8. Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately?

Currently, we offer our swimsuits in matching sets. However, if you need help, contact us at hello@rioessenza.com and we’ll help you find the best fit.

9. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be used to shop for any of our products. They are the perfect gift for anyone who loves beachwear and very stylish activewear.

11. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please note that orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
