1. What sizes do your bikinis or fitness wear come in?
Our bikinis and activewear are available from Small (S) to X-Large (XL), with select styles offered in One Size Fits Most. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose confidently.

2. How do I know which size will fit me best?
We recommend reviewing our size chart and comparing your measurements for the most accurate fit. If you fall between sizes, choosing the larger size will typically offer a more comfortable feel.

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment.
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

4. What is your return policy?

Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimsuits. We are, however, pleased to offer size exchanges within 15 calendar days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and returned with original tags, hygiene protection, and packaging intact.

Accessories and Jewelry

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, or any wearable accessories, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@rioessenza.com, including clear photos of the issue. Our team will promptly review your request and assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Fitness Wear
We accept both returns and exchanges for fitness apparel within 15 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned with their original tags and packaging.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to easily track your package.

6. Are your bikinis and activewear made with eco-friendly materials?
We deeply value sustainability. While our pieces are crafted with high-quality materials, we are continually working to incorporate more eco-friendly fabrics into our collections.

7. Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately?
At this time, our swimsuits are sold as matching sets. If you need help selecting the perfect fit, we’re here to assist—email us at hello@rioessenza.com.

8. Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be redeemed for any of our products. It is a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves refined beachwear, elevated activewear, or stylish accessories.
